IT Market is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from IT Market.
Warranty
All products purchased from ITMarket are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use and care.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products must include all original accessories and documentation.
- Return Process:
- Contact IT Market customer support to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the product securely and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the product to the specified return address at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, IT Market will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or IT Market’s error.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Software products (once downloaded or activated)
- Custom-built or configured products

- Caused by negligence or not following instructions in the user manual
- Broken or dented casing or any other signs of physical abuse or misuse
